Pricing FAQ
How do Credit Packs work?
You buy a one-time Credit Pack (Weekender, Explorer, or Influencer). Credits are added to your account and never expire — use them until they're gone. AI Vision costs ~2 credits per minute of video. Quick Scan is free — 50 uses per day, no credits needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Payments are securely processed through Gumroad. Please use the same email as your OysterPin Google login when purchasing so credits are automatically delivered to your account.
What is your refund policy?
Credit Pack purchases are non-refundable. However, if an API error occurs during parsing (e.g., network failure, timeout), we automatically refund the credits used for that attempt.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Quick Scan stays free (50 uses per day). For AI Vision, you can top up anytime by purchasing another Credit Pack — credits add to your existing balance. Your unlocked advanced features (Batch Save, Custom Lists) remain available forever once you've made your first purchase.
